Hat's in the Ring for Philadelphia Women
The Philadelphia WRFC, on a quest to get back to USA Rugby National 7s, has made the move to compete in the Philly Sevens tournament on Saturday June 29th. The top 7s squad in Philadelphia has added their club name to the growing list of teams committing to the event.
Philadelphia Head Coach Adam Dick on the chance to compete stated that, "this tournament is a great opportunity for us to play some top competition, see how we match up with the some of the best teams on the east coast, and face some clubs we don’t often get a chance to play against. We’re looking forward to the growth we’ll experience in our own backyard."
Philadelphia Sevens June 29th / June 30th
This year's tournament, which includes all divisions from Premier men and women to flag will take place on Saturday, June 29th and Sunday, June 30th at the Greater Chester Valley Sports Complex in Malvern, Pennsylvania.
